According to the AMITY website, which you can find here,
“The programme of Three Continent BBA at Amity Internation Business School (AIBS) It is a three year course, wherein students will be studying for 2 ½ years i.e five semesters on our campus in Sector 44 Noida. The classes of the final (sixth) semester will be conducted in UK and USA. The students will be studying for three months in UK and three months in USA. “
This sounds like a good program to me, it gives a well-rounded international study opportunity. To be honest though I don’t know all that much about it to give a fair opinion.
In order to prepare for a good MBA program in general, I would definately write the GMAT, since it’s widely used for admissions all across the globe. Writing the IELTS or TOEFL may also be of help in assessing English skills, and it’s also required for studying abroad and in some international programs.
I hope this helps.

You could apply to INSEAD – they have an international MBA program where you study in Hongkong, Singapore and I guess France (each term in a different environment).
Another program is SP Jain Dubai – you’ll study in Singapore and Dubai for one term each.

hi Gouravjain, i cant understand about spending an extra year, what is that? The basic requirments for me are to do my post graduation in a good college and to join in a better program so that i can have global exposure and good manageral skills. The bad thing happened to me is that i have joined in a low ranked college for my graduation and i couldn’t get good exposure to word. So i dont want to the same in my post graduation program. For that reason i’m having a long disscusion where to join. and even wasted lot of time for that. thank you for giving me good suggestions. santosh

Sorry that i wasn’t clear enough. By an extra year I meant to point out the time you may need to spend on your preparation for some good college. (Generally it takes that much time to brush up the skills to crack a particular test).
As far as your willingness to exposure is concerned, I recommend the program by Amity as it offers good exposure not just in form of foriegn university participation but also in form of industrial trainings and real life assignments etc.- Actions
