    The answer is E ; I had a confusion between E and D, B caanot be true as food-energy source is singular so caanot be are grains it has to be is … grain or grains this is my doubt

    Agreed again- grain is one of those nouns which are usually given as singular even though they represent a group. E makes the most sense. That’s a tricky one.
