My GPA from undergrad is 2.23. Granted it was an engineering degree from Drexel University, but I had a lot of distractions and I never really studied until the ride to the exams.
Since then, I have had a lot of experience. How can I improve my chances of getting into a top 5 MBA program?
I have a 1240 on SAT’s and 730 on GMAT, and measured IQ of 125. Not sure if any of this means anything except the GMAT.
What can I do to improve my changes?

Thank you for your advice, these are things that I’m really working to hone. Something else that is bothering me though: I came back from an “MBA Fair”, and general consensus is that, at 39 years old (40 in April), my age will preclude me from full-time day MBA programs such as Harvard or Wharton.
Do you have any opinions on that?
