Hello Genie.
If you’d like to pursue an MBA from India, it is unlikely that you’ll need to take the SAT test. Depending on which institute you would like to attend, you may be required to take an entrance exam or the GMAT.
If you will need to take the GMAT, the resources in this community will help you prepare! Just browse over our lessons and tests or visit our question bank to start your preparation.- Actions

Hello jamunamyth.
You should definitely take some coaching before you take the GMAT. People who have taken the GMAT without preparing have found that the test follows a computerized format you may be unfamiliar with and has types of questions which may be very tricky if you have never encountered them before. LearnHub offers many resources that will help you succeed on the GMAT, including a brand new Question Bank.
You should attempt the GMAT as soon as you are ready to take it in terms of preparation. GMAT scores remain valid for 5 years, so you should take this into account when deciding on when to take the test.
Good luck!
