In reference to your query, you need a score of at least 700 and above in GMAT for admissions in top 20 Business Schools in US.
But GMAT scores alone do not guarantee admissions in top Business Schools. Your overall work experience also makes a lot of difference.
In fact with a GMAT score of 650, if you have a an excellent work experience, your admission chances would be good.
