Score range is from 640- 760.More the no. of experience andextra-curricular activities less is the requirement of score.In general we can say with 2 years of experience and 730+ score can arrange interview call.
I am of 8 years experience(2 years overseas-Japan ) and with a Masters degree in mechanical engineering. I want to know how much GMAT score is to be targetted to get into ISB /// IIM executive MBAs.

One needs to get a good GMAT score for entering this programme. Minimum age limit is 27 years.
Most of the institutes require 5-6 years of work experience for admissions
the best score for ISB would be 720+ anything above 700 can help you get through the next level of application. to my knowledge, unlike many B Schools across the globe, ISB gives not much importance to GMAT score. a person would need 700+ only to get to the next level.
Other requirements are:
Good Academics
Good Essays.
Personal Interview … one of the toughest
References … this is very important. in the work hierarchy if you are directly reporting to senior management, obviously you would have a better reference.

For someone with 2.9 yrs workex, and a good engineering
background, you shud aim for anything close to 740 in GMAT. This backed with reasonably good essays should
get you to the next round!
As time permits, you may involve yourself in various initiatives
outside office. Activities that demonstrate strong leadership
skills are generally held in high regard by the adcoms.
What if you have 60 % average in academics during your graduation and not a part of any extracurricular activities ? But you have 2 years of experience and a good GMAT score of 720+. Is it still possible to get admission into ISB?

Generally, the eligibility criteria for a management degree from ISB, Hyderabad is stated below :
1. A Bachelor's degree
2. A valid GMAT Score (There is no cut-off score for the
GMAT since though a competitive score
strengthens the application but does not in anyway guarantee
admission. Similarly a lower score also does not necessarily mean
exclusion)
3. Two years full-time work experience after graduation
4. TOEFL or IELTS
score only if language of instruction during undergraduate
education was not English
Now with regard to the extra-curricular activities, though these are not among the defined eligibility criteria, they add that extra dimension to your personality and ISB, Hyderabad would definitely like to admit well-rounded students. Also, for your information the EC activities do not limit your activities in the college but if you have ever tutored a student, organize a festival in your apartment complex, volunteer your time in some campaign or raise funds for some cause, etc. all count in the category and should be specified.

I am not a typical IIT/Bits graduate…i
had an average acads of 65% in 10th, 60% in 12th, and 65%(with no
backlogs in the history of engineering) in graduation ie in
B.Tech(From MDU Rohtak which is famous
for its one of the hardest marking Scheme & number of
backlogs/semester).
i have an outstanding work exp of 4 years and a good level of extra
curricular like head of committees, and also exceptional xtra
curricular in marketing & advertising for which i was awarded
as the best head, and many more related to academics.
I am now focusing on GMAT, just wanted to know that do i stand a chance for PGP in Management from ISB-Hyderabad irrespective of my average acads or is there any weightage on them, and also i want to know what does the admission committee wants while evaluating the essays & Transcripts for shortlisting a candidate for Interview….
