I scored 710 in my GMAT and I am looking
for the TOP 15 schools in USA or Top 25 Worldwide. Any suggestions?
I have a work experience of 1 year and 3 months in a Fortune 150 Technology company which will be about 2years 6 months by September 2012(I am aiming for Fall 2012 Semester)
I come from an Industrialist family so I don't require a scholarship and I have been involved in my family business for nearly 4 years.
My 10th grade percentage is 91% and 12th percentage is 87%. Although my graduation percentage is at a meagre 63%.
What are my chances of getting a good school for Fall 2012 and which schools can I target?

with NGO's for 5 years now, Hve won two national prices , etc etc.

I want to know that what are the chances to get into premium (Top 10 Indian & Top 10 World wide) B-School with 700 GMAT score. My academics are not that great in term of % scores (10th 55%, 12th 50%, Graduation 53% PG 70 %) but i have proven 8 years of experience in telecom industry and presently works for prestegious Telecom MNC in India.
Please help me out with your experience and suggestions.

I am pursuing my chem. engg. from NIT
Nagpur with a current CGPA of 7.8/10.
I have 89.4 % in both 10th and 12th.

-University rank #2 once
-2 years work-ex until August'11( Keane India, Infosys Tech Ltd,
NIIT Ltd)
-Excellent extra-curriculars in college
-Started a social service club in college and established it as a
registered NGO. Still running the
NGO as the -President.
-Started a small take-away food joint of my own in Feb'11
I want to apply to ISB,LBS, ans other colleges.
Please suggest which colleges to go for which this score and
work-experience.
Please help asap.. I need to give my TOEFL accordingly.

Hello,
Well there is no way we can convert your percentage system into GPA. But as you have mentioned your undergraduate aggregate as 77% you will have a GPA around 3.5 and thus would meet admission requirements at most of the Universities.
A GMAT score of at least 700 and above would be required in case you are planning to target top B Schools in US and ISB.

Hello,
IIMs accept CAT score for admissions in to their management programs. ISB can accept a GMAT score.
As far as your credentials are concerned they are fine. But you need to get a good percentile in CAT exam to get a call from IIMs. You can expect receiving a call from Institutes valuing CAT results.

GMAT scores are valid for a duration of five years. Thus you can take the test now and can use the score for next five years.

Both my step children, one currently doing B.Sc in Maths at
Loughborough University (UK) and the other doing a B.Sc in Maths
and Economics are extremely good and doing well. Both plan to take
Industrial Years with top Banking, Investment or Finance companies.
It was recommended that during their placement year they studied
for GMAT, I expect they would do well. I
am a ex Maths Teacher. Can you tell me if they had 2.1s for their
B.Sc would they still need to take the GMAT ?
